It starts with a three way call with me and my health coach. We figure out what your goals are and help you choose what plan best suits your lifestyle. You learn what foods best support those goals and get a shopping list of the best nutrition for your body. You will be eliminating a bunch of trigger and inflammatory foods for the duration you’ve chosen.

The first 10 days will look something like this:

7 am Wake up and take 5 protein pills with a big glass of filtered or spring water. I like to have a cup of herbal or green tea with this. The Amino supplement will tide you over for at least  90 minutes. I promise you won't feel hungry for a few hours. These are amazing for anyone on the go. I will never run out of these even when I am not being strict with my diet because they are total game-changers
